📋 Know Before You Go: Important Visitor Guidelines
To ensure a smooth and professional experience for everyone, the organizers have set a few mandatory guidelines. Please keep these in mind before heading to Bharat Mandapam:
- Mandatory ID: You must carry a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a PAN Card, Driving License, or Passport) to present upon request.
- Age Restrictions: Individuals below 18 years of age and infants are strictly not allowed. (Note: Students 18+ from relevant industries with a valid institute ID are permitted entry from 12:30 PM onwards strictly on August 23, 2026).
- Dress Code: Professional or smart-casual attire is required. Entry is restricted for attendees wearing shorts, undershirts (baniyans), or slippers.
- Prohibited Items: Cameras, food, beverages, bottles, and cans are not allowed inside the exhibition hall.
- No Photography: Photography and videography are strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the organizers.
- Zero Tolerance Policies: The consumption of banned substances (including cigarettes, chewing tobacco, and e-cigarettes) and spitting are strictly prohibited. Violators may face fines of INR 1,000/- and disciplinary action.
- E-Badge Access: Ensure you download your visitor E-badge via email or WhatsApp and have the QR code ready for scanning at the entrance. Your badge is for personal use only and is non-transferable.
